Ju Li’s long and multi-faceted career in arts administration began in 1995, and she has since served in areas such as arts investment, marketing, fundraising, education and policy.  To deepen her knowledge of visual art, she enrolled in the MA Asian Art Histories Programme.  Her thesis is titled Problematising the Malay Artist in Singapore: Impact of Identity, Socio-Politics and the Art World on Art Making. She is currently Senior Deputy Director (Arts & Heritage) at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
