Pauline graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B (2nd Upper Hons) degree and from Harvard University with an LL.M degree. She was in private legal practice for 6 years before joining the Nanyang Technological University, where she taught law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Nanyang Business School. Her keen interest in art led her to volunteer as a docent at the Singapore Art Museum and, eventually, to the MA Asian Art Histories Programme at LASALLE College of the Arts. Pauline is co-founder of Plural, an online art magazine focusing on Southeast Asian modern and contemporary art, which serves as an important source of current news, information and entertainment to a rapidly growing community of art-lovers at www.pluralartmag.com.
