The first MA Asian Art Histories Alumni Night was held on 10 September 2014 in the Brother Joseph McNally Gallery. Over twenty people attended the event which included alumni, current students and potential applicants. The guest-of-honour for the event was Venka Purushothaman, Provost of LASALLE College of the Arts. The highlight of the evening was the sharing by three alumni of their experience in the Programme. A dinner reception followed during which past and present students had a good time mingling with one another. It is hoped that the Alumni Night will be the first step towards the setting up of a formal alumni body.
