Francis Choo has over 30 years of experience in business operations and management in the IT logistics industry. Francis is currently the Executive Managing Director of Ingram Micro Asia Ltd. In this role, he oversees the entire business for Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei and Indo-china. Francis holds a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science, Business Studies from a UK university. He later earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from a US university and also a post-graduate Diploma in Materials Management and a Master of Science, Education Management from an Australian university. However, it is his love of the arts that helped Francis to balance his fast and furious career in the Information Technology business. He is an avid collector of the fine arts, notably of Buddhist artefacts and paintings by Singaporean artists. His knowledge of the arts has been self-taught through books and museum visits on frequent trips abroad but formal learning has been scattered and unstructured. That prompted him to undertake the MA Asian Art Histories Programme.
