Pauline graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B (2nd Upper Hons) degree and from Harvard University with an LL.M degree. She was in private legal practice for 6 years before joining the Nanyang Technological University, where she taught law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Nanyang Business School. Her keen interest in art led her to volunteer as a docent 
Suraen holds a BA in Arts Management from LASALLE College of the Arts and has worked as a gallery ganager for a contemporary art gallery for two years. He then widened his perspective and understanding of the visual arts by obtaining an MA in Asian Art Histories at his alma mater in 2017. His MA thesis specifically examined Singapore art and is titled Contemporary Singapore Art: Conceptual Strategies 
Usha worked as a tax lawyer for 12 years before embarking on the LASALLE MA in Asian Art Histories. She is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (Non - Practicing) and holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting. Von’s professional career in the arts and creative industries began in 1996 when she graduated in Graphic Design from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
